Please see our service preparations page   Termite and Wood Destroying Insect Services Please see our termite and inspections page Corpest Service Company also provides Termite and Wood Destroying Insect control as well as WDI Wood Destroying Insect Reports for your real estate transaction. Sometimes our clients move to another home. If you are an existing Quarterly, Monthly, Bi-monthly or Tri-annual Corpest customer and requests a termite inspection for a real estate transaction in our service area it will be provided to you free of charge. Exterior only treatment program With people's busy schedules and their desire to limit the insecticides within their home, Corpest has a program just right for you. Our Exterior Only program focuses on the entry points around your home and establishing a perimeter defense against most crawling insects and rodents. Our treatment consists of baiting applications to your immediate yard adjacent to the home. Depending on the time of the year a granular and/or liquid application will be placed to the exterior of your home along with sealing up any entry points observed.  Should exclusion points require larger than normal sealing your technician will point these areas out to you, so you can secure a qualified contractor to correct these areas. Should treatment to the interior be needed, Corpest will treat those spot areas at no additional cost to you.
